Look what came in the mail......

When I got home from work today there was a box waiting for me on the kitchen table. I thought it was an odd shape for books I ordered from Amazon, and then it dawned on me that it could be one of my swaps. I'm in the Tote II Exchange also. When I opened the box, I had the most pleasant surprise. I heard about the Magic Loop from my swap partner, but could not find them in any of the local stores. So, I thought I'd probably order them online EVENTUALLY. Well, no need to do that, because my very wonderful swap partner has sent me a pair. I can't wait to get started on the pattern she included so I can discover what she's wraped inside the ball of a yarn, and to find out who she is so I can properly thank her. For now, I'm sure she's checking the blog so THANK YOU!

So, what is a magic loop? Why does your ball look even and the one I did was all lumpy?...lol. Have fun!

The Magic Loop is a circular needle that is long and very flexible. You are able to use them in place of 3 and 4 double pointed needle projects needed for tiny circular projects like socks and sleeves. I never used them before this weekend, they are incredible.
