Mary Lynn is great, but I am an idiot

Mary Lynn made me the most beautiful scarf out of the yarn I sent her, and I came to my office today to post a picture so all of you could see it. My home computer will not let me log into Blogger (long story), and I'm on summer break from work, so I'm not in my office very often these days. I posed the lovely scarf (Branching Out, if I'm not mistaken) with my Dolores 2008 mug and the stuffed donkey and elephant I use as props when I cover political parties in my American Government classes. V. cute. Unfortunately, I left the little cord that hooks the camera to the computer at home, so I can't post the picture (insert snarky comment about absentminded professors here). Grrrr. I will try again tomorrow, and it will be worth the wait. Mary Lynn really outdid herself, and I can't wait until the weather cools a bit and I can wear the scarf. I must also search out a cool pattern with cables, so I can use the Knitpicks harmony cable needles she sent. They're so pretty I'm tempted to use them as scarf pins!

Yes - MaryLynn is great but I'm sure you are not an idiot! I'm looking forward to seeing the scarf because I am working on a branching out scarf now. I am also working on a cable scarf using those beautiful kp harmony cable needles - also a gift from ML!

Why thanks ||blush||. I cannot tell you how many times I have done the same thing, so much so, that I have an extra cable at work (my home computer doesn't like blogger either).
