Okay I will totally admit - I am not puter literate at all. I was wondering what anyone would think if we did a yahoo group to chat on? Or if anyone out there is puter literate- and would like to help with a forum?

I think a Yahoo Group would be fine. We would just have to keep it focused on the book discussion.
Then we can still keep the Blog for pictures and discussion about projects for the book.

It works for me . . . although I am going to be going out of town for three weeks . . . heading towards Weaving Southwest!!
I have read the book (loved it!). And I am taking the yarn and pattern for my project while I am travelling!
A Yahoo group is ok by me, too. I just got the book and can't wait to start reading!
Yahoo groups are great...but they took away the chatting functions/chatroom in those groups. There are the messages though...and those are delivered to your mailbox if you wish!
This is how computer literate I am: I can't figure out if I've ever successfully joined this group. (Though I did get the book from the library!) How important are chat rooms?
I don't think we need a chat room.
The KTC forum doesn't have one, just a message board. Sounds like everyone is in favor of a yahoo group Shell. Is it hard to set up?
